Payment Terms
Lightgal.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
All prices listed are pre-tax prices.
Shipping
Many of our prices include standard 3-7 day ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
Items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional fee. For large or heavy items, some additional freight charges may apply. Certain small orders may also incur a shipping charge. Expedited shipment is also available on many items for an additional fee. Please contact customer service if you have any specific questions regarding freight charges or expedited delivery. Sorry, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Please note that shipment dates are approximate. You should not make arrangements to have merchandise installed prior to receiving your order in good condition. Lightgal.com is not responsible for installation costs or costs of rescheduling contractors.
Special considerations for items arriving by truck
Please note that large items shipped by truck will be delivered curbside. Drivers do not carry freight inside/upstairs, etc. The customer needs to make certain to have someone on hand or have the ability to move the merchandise from the curb.
Please inspect all packages for damage carefully and verify the correct number of boxes prior to signing for the delivery. Have the driver make note of any damage to cartons and/or shortages on the freight bill. You may wish to open suspected damaged cartons and inspect their contents in the driver’s presence prior to signing.
Cancellations
Many items are shipped directly from our manufacturers. If we are able to cancel your order prior to shipment, you will be responsible for all freight charges to and from your location in addition to a $25 cancellation fee. If we are able to cancel the order prior to shipping from the manufacturer, then you will only be responsible for the $25 cancellation fee.
Returns
We will accept returns on most items subject to the following conditions:
Prior to returning any product, you must obtain an RGA (return goods authorization). Items returned without an RGA number will not be accepted. To obtain an RGA, please contact This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .
While we happily include free shipping on many products, items which are returned will have shipping charges deducted from applicable credits. Also, there is a restocking fee on most items. Typical restocking fees are 30% of the purchase price. Orders for large quantities (more than 5 pieces) or custom products CANNOT BE RETURNED.
All returns must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in NEW CONDITION. NO RETURNS will be accepted on items which have had their wires clipped or that have been installed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipment.
Damaged Shipments
DO NOT refuse damaged product. Typical damage is isolated to broken glass which we will gladly replace if notified within 5 business days of delivery. After 5 business days of receipt, replacement glass can be purchased. REFUSAL of a shipment will result in freight charges outgoing and returning, as well as restocking fees of up to 70%.
